Welcome to the Website Domains section in your account. Here, you can manage the domains or websites for your business, granting you the ability to decide where to embed your email subscribe forms.

What are Website Domains?
Website Domains is a feature allowing you to add, modify, or delete the domains associated with your business in your account. It serves as a whitelist, enabling your subscription forms to operate effectively and securely on these approved domains.

How to Use Website Domains?
Adding a Domain

• Go to the Website Domains section of your account.
• Click on the "Add Domain" button.
  Enter your domain in the given field.
  Press the "Save" button to include the domain in your whitelist.
  Updating a Domain

Locate the domain you want to update in the Website Domains section.
Press the "Edit" button adjacent to the domain.
Update the necessary changes in the domain field.
Hit the "Save" button to save the updated domain information.
Deleting a Domain

Find the domain you want to remove in the Website Domains section.
Press the "Delete" button next to the domain.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up box.
Remember, removing a domain from your whitelist will deactivate all subscription forms on that domain.

Website Verification Process
To ensure security and maintain the authenticity of your business, the software follows a website verification process. After you've added a new website domain, it needs to be verified before it's officially whitelisted.

Our system verifies your domain through a TXT record, which is a type of Domain Name Service (DNS) record. This process is crucial to confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the domain.

To proceed with verification, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the Website Domains overview page in your account.
• Find the domain you want to verify and click on the 'Options' button next to it.
• From the dropdown menu, select 'Verify Website'.
• A pop-up will appear with step-by-step instructions on how to add a TXT record to your DNS configuration.
• Once you've done this, our system will automatically check and confirm the verification of your domain.

Keep in mind, DNS changes might take some time to propagate across the internet. But don't worry, you can check the verification status anytime in the Website Domains section.

Once your domain is verified, it's successfully whitelisted! You can then embed your email subscription forms securely on your site.
