Your usage
Tracks how much of your plan you have used this billing period — sends, confirmed subscribers, and team seats — with colour bars that warn you before you hit a limit.

The remaining-usage widget shows three tiles, one for each meter on your plan. Numbers update live as you send campaigns and as new subscribers confirm.
SendsHow many emails you have sent this billing period out of your monthly send allowance. Each individual recipient on a campaign counts as one send.
SubscribersHow many confirmed contacts you have across all your mailing lists. Unconfirmed, unsubscribed, and bounced contacts do not count toward this number.
Seats (admins only)How many team members are using your account out of the seats your plan includes. The tile only appears when you have admin permissions, your plan actually includes seats, and you are not in demo mode. Its bar is always neutral — using all your seats is the normal state of a healthy team, not a limit to worry about.
Reading the colour barsFor Sends and Subscribers, the bar stays neutral while you have plenty of headroom, turns warning-coloured once you cross 75% of a meter, and turns danger-coloured past 90%. The percentage label always shows the exact share used. The Seats bar is always neutral — see that tile for why.
What happens at the limitWhen you reach a meter's limit, further sends or signups for that meter are blocked until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan. The widget will keep you ahead of that moment.
Demo accountsIn demo mode the widget shows a friendly nudge instead of meters — your usage limits unlock when you activate a paid plan.
Why don't I see the "Seats" tile?
The seats tile only appears when all of these are true: you have admin permissions, your plan actually includes seats, and you are not in demo mode. If any of those is missing, the tile is hidden.
What counts as a "send"?
Each individual recipient on a campaign counts as one send. A campaign to a 1 000-contact list = 1 000 sends against your monthly allowance.
What happens when I hit a meter's limit?
Further sends or signups for that meter are blocked until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan. The widget warns you with colour changes well before you get there.
I'm in demo mode — why don't I see meters?
Demo accounts show a friendly nudge in place of meters. The actual usage tracking activates the moment you activate a paid plan.
