Comparing and exporting campaigns

All campaigns of a period in one sortable table, two campaigns side by side to see which did better, and CSV and PNG exports for your reports.

The campaign table

Statistics → Campaign statistics lists every campaign that finished sending in the chosen period, with recipients, delivered, unique opens, open rate, unique clicks, click rate, bounces and unsubscribes. Sort on any of these by clicking the column header. Each rate is that campaign's own, over its own delivered emails.

Export CSV downloads every campaign of the period in one file, in the order you sorted the table, whichever page you are on.

Compare two campaigns

1. In the campaign table, tick two campaigns.
2. Press Compare in the bar that appears.
3. Read per metric how campaign B did against campaign A, and which one did better. Below that you find their rates side by side and the most clicked links of each.
4. Use Export to download the comparison as CSV.

Which one did better?

Higher is better for opens, clicks and their rates; lower is better for bounce and unsubscribe rate. Recipients and delivered only show the difference, since a bigger send is not better in itself.

Exporting a single campaign

On a campaign's own statistics page, Export gives you the summary as CSV or the chart of the open tab as PNG.

Which campaigns are in the table?

Campaigns that finished sending within the period. A campaign still sending appears once it is done.

Can I compare more than two campaigns?

The side-by-side view takes two. To look at more, sort the table on the metric you care about, or export it to CSV.

The CSV opens in one column in Excel.

The campaign table export always separates columns with a comma. The account statistics and two-campaign exports follow your interface language: a semicolon and decimal comma in Dutch, a comma and decimal point in English. If Excel puts everything in one column, use Data → From Text/CSV and choose the separator.

Why can't I compare or export?

Comparing campaigns and exporting reports are part of the Premium plan. Without it you keep the campaign list as before, and Compare and Export explain the upgrade instead.
