A template captures a campaign's structure and styling without any of the per-campaign content. Pick one when you create a campaign and the editor loads it as the starting point — then you only change the parts that actually differ between sends.
Working with templates
- Click "New template" to design one from scratch, or open an existing campaign and use "Save as template" to capture its design.
- Give it a clear name and tag it — tags are how you find a template back when you have built up a library.
- When you create a new campaign, pick the template in the wizard. Your design lands in the editor and you customise the content for that specific send.
Default templates vs. your templatesWe provide a library of starter templates you can browse from the editor. Anything you save lands in "Your templates", separate from the defaults, so your own work never gets mixed up with the built-ins.
Editing a template vs. editing a campaignChanging a template does not retroactively change campaigns that were built from it — every campaign keeps its own copy of the design at the moment of creation. Edit a template freely without worrying about touching past sends.
Pick a naming conventionA short, consistent name ("Newsletter — monthly", "Promotion — flash sale") and a tag or two makes the template list scannable. You will pick from a dropdown in the campaign wizard, so future-you should recognise each option at a glance.

Where do my saved templates show up?
In "Your templates", separate from the "Default templates" library we provide. Your own designs never mix with the built-ins.
Can my team see my templates?
Templates are scoped to the account, so anyone on the same account sees the same templates. There is no cross-account sharing today.
How do I turn an existing campaign into a template?
Open the campaign in the editor and click "Save as template". The current design lands in "Your templates" as a reusable starting point for future campaigns.
